I am not in the parts business so I will not try to sell you anything but can assist in obtaining the appropriate parts if any are necessary.

When opting for support, I will work with you to set a time when you can be in front of the spa to troubleshoot, if possible. Having the model and serial number of the spa is important but not absolutely necessary. A few pictures of the touchpad controller and the equipment would be helpful if the model and serial number cannot be obtained.
