You don't need an account to pay but creating an account will expedite future purchases, here or at other merchants on the web. Your transactions are secure on both PayPal and this site with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

This service is here to help identify problems that a Vita Spa may incur. It is not a course in making anyone an overnight spa technician. We encourage that any work that may be needed is performed by a qualified, licensed Vita Spa Technician. We can help locate a Vita Tech in your area if needed. Of course there are instances where there may not be one within a reasonable distance and you may need to source a someone local. Be sure they are qualified and licensed. Remember that water and electricity are not a good mix and the the safety of you and other occupants of your spa are dependant on the people servicing the unit.



The TeleTech service fee is for the solution(s) to the reported problem on the Registration form. Any underlying problems that may arise once the initial reported problem is fixed may require an additional TeleTech Service fee

Any shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
